Olive oil producers in the region of Umbria are passionate about their first love, first kiss, and most fortunately for us, their first press, of the olives that is. And why not, since olive oil obtained from the fruit of the olive tree, has for centuries been associated with wealth, peace and hope.
Founder of Etruria olive oil, Giusuppe Cagnoni, chooses olives only from his own land, farmed using organic farming. The art of the olive oil balance is achieved with a combination of Giussupe’s Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino olives for their texture and flavor. Handpicking the chosen olives avoids any potential bruising, and an immediate press avoids any potential decrease in quality.
