Produced in the Po Valley new Treviso, Asiago Pressato is a milder, sweet Asiago with a spingy, pale interior. Made from Pasteurized whole milk and aged only 20 to 40 days, this young cheese has a full, creamy flavor. Asiago pressato is the fourth most consumed cow's milk cheese in Italy.
