Garrotxa (gar-Roach-uh) is unique and quite popular in Spain. It hails from Northern Spain, in the province of Catalonia, a beautiful place that produces only the best: Garrotxa, and Gaudi, both works of art. This is a goat milk cheese, mild but nutty with hints of local herbs. An antipasto plate of olives, cured ham, coarse salami, an earthy bread and a strong red wine, and you are there. Taste life on the Mediterranean coast, all the way from your rooftop garden.
